2. About the program

Nexus Allianz operates the Future Vision Program, a mentorship initiative connecting immigrants in Europe with mentors for career and leadership development. The program is offered free of charge to mentees. Nexus Allianz reserves the right to determine eligibility and to match mentees with mentors at its discretion.

3. Free for mentees

Participation as a mentee is 100% free, with no subscriptions, hidden fees, or surprise charges. Mentors participating in the program are compensated separately by Nexus Allianz or its partners, under terms agreed with them directly.

4. Eligibility and conduct

You must provide accurate information when applying to the program.
Mentorship relationships are expected to be conducted respectfully and professionally by both mentors and mentees.
Nexus Allianz reserves the right to remove any participant from the program for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

Nexus Allianz provides mentorship, guidance, and community connection. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Nexus Allianz unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

7. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites (such as LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
